Anonymous Group Circles

You don’t need to give your name to be heard. Our anonymous group circles bring together people facing similar experiences — grief, anxiety, caregiver burnout, exam stress, workplace pressure — in a confidential, peer-supported space guided by a facilitator.

How it works

Choose a circle

Circles are organised by theme — anxiety & stress, grief & loss, students, caregivers — and run on a recurring schedule, weekly or fortnightly.

Register anonymously

You only need a first name or an alias, and a way for us to send you the joining link. No other personal detail is required.

Join online

Sessions are held in small groups — typically 6 to 10 people — over video call. Your camera is optional.

Facilitated, not therapy

A trained facilitator — a volunteer psychologist or trained peer counsellor — holds the space and makes sure the ground rules are followed. These are support circles, not group therapy or clinical treatment.

Confidentiality is mutual

Everyone agrees at the start: what’s shared in the circle stays in the circle.

Ground rules

Everyone in the circle agrees to these before we begin. They exist so the space stays safe for everybody in it.

  • No names or identifying details are required, or shared without consent.
  • Recording is not permitted.
  • Circles are a listening space — not a debate, and not a place for advice unless it’s invited.
  • If you are in crisis, the facilitator will privately share helpline information with you, and may pause your participation for your own safety.

Join a circle

You’ll need an alias and one way to reach you. Nothing else.

Whatever you'd like to be called. No surname needed.

Ground rules

Circles are support spaces, not group therapy or clinical treatment, and they are not a substitute for ongoing therapy, psychiatric care, or emergency services. Facilitators volunteer their time and cannot provide crisis intervention.
