Who we are?

The Yanai Foundation is a community-initiated and fostered by a group of individuals who have faced the same hurdles and challenges as one might face while dealing with mental health issues. Coming from different areas of life and distinct backgrounds, the diverse team works on creating a safe space for everyone.

Our Story

 

The Yanai Foundation was established with the goal of bridging the gap between the desire to solve one’s problems and their ability to actually do so.

Founder and Director

The two founders, Chitwan Bansal and Vidhi Bhutani, both familiar with the problems one faces, are determined to bring a change. In September 2020, they started the organization with a team of 20 people and the aim of helping people. Since then, we have grown into a well-run organization, with a team of more than 60 people working on more than 4 initiatives. With a network of over 20 psychologists across the country, the organization, now, has conducted over 400 one-on-one sessions, 50+ group sessions and holds frequent open audience talks on the matters of mental health. With a similar belief in our minds, the organization hopes to flourish in the future.
